November: A Time for Cozy Sips and Warm Vibes

November brings the perfect opportunity to indulge in winter warmers, cozy snugs, and festive cheer. We’re slowly prepping for Christmas here in Cork Heritage Pubs and it can’t come faster. After all the jazz festivities, we think people are ready for an even BIGGER party. It all starts here.

Need cosy but full of energy? Sin É on Coburg Street boasts live trad sessions twice a night, 7 nights a week, the original home of trad sessions in Cork City. Sin É is full of history, craic and a whole lot of stories. Find them here. Have you been to Intermission Lounge yet?. Intermission is open from 2PM daily, it has cozy snugs, an inviting interior and cocktails to die for. There’s bars, there’s nightclubs but there’s only one lounge. There’s DJs playing late, good vibes and plenty of surprises to come. Another snug spot is The Park on Tuckey Street, this pub is ideal for the stout lover looking for the quiet pint after work.
It’s not all about being cosy this November, let’s talk about food. Rising Sons Brewery on Cornmarket Street is the ideal spot to catch the match and grab the famous pizza & pint deal, it’s true what they say, we are the original home of Corks Pizza & Pint deal. Pop metres across the road and you’ll find yourself in The Old Town Whiskey Bar at Bodega an extensive selection of whiskeys, pub grub that will knock your socks off and pints, the high ceilings aren’t just mesmerising but an impressive additive to the warm atmosphere the bar has, check out our latest food video HERE.The Old Town Taqueria formally BDSM has the tastiest Mexican menu in town, from birria tacos to succulent nachos, check it all out HERE . Jazz weekend was a memorable one but as previously mentioned, the party hasn’t stopped. We have plenty of live music & events on across all of our bars this November. Crane Lane Theatre is open late 7 nights a week with endless entertainment. DJs and live bands 7 nights a week, come along and join the fun, we know you’ll love it. Cantys Bar right next door is an ode to the common punter, a long bar counter which has told a million stories, come in and have a chat with the bartender, they might teach you a thing or two. Live music runs from Thursday to Sunday, each day of the weekend has a 6PM & 10PM show. Whats more? Everything is 100% free. The Pavilion has plenty of remarkable events on throughout the month.
