Crane Lane Theatre will have live entertainment 7 Nights A Week, Cantys Bar will have live music 4 nights a week, all these gigs are absolutely free. That’s not all though. If you’re in the mood from some traditional music, pop down to Sin É where you’ll catch two sessions a day completely free of charge, take in some traditional pub atmosphere and craic. El Fenix on Union Quay has trad every Tuesday and folk music every Thursday from 9PM. The Poor Relation on Parnell Place has free live music all weekend long. If you’re in the mood to boogey, look no further than The Pavilion on Careys lane sporting some of the best DJs in town. You will never not have a great night here, make sure to pop downstairs for a cheeky cocktail from their new menu afterward. Dance the night away in The Old Town Whiskey Bar at Bodega and Rising Sons Brewery every weekend. Need more chill vibes, The Oval & The Park on Tuckey Street are for you, sit down and have that nice intimate pint with loved ones. Have you checked out the Mutton Lane Inn on Patricks street, this is one Corks best loved bars, you’ll find the craic is ninety and someones always up for a chat.
Have a thirst for wine? We have two of the best wine bars in town, Old Brennans on Oliver Plunkett Street is the ideal spot to unwind after a long day, try some delicacies and some handpicked world class wines. Some may say it’s the perfect date spot. Arthur Maynes on Pembroke Street is the only late night wine bar in the city which happens to also be the only bar in the city serving food until 1.30AM. Find the stairs then to the hidden oasis that is Upstairs, sip on scintillating cocktails until late every evening, guess what, it’s the only late night cocktail bar in town and the vibes are surreal in there. Although Upstairs may be the only late night cocktail bar, it doesn’t mean it’s the only place selling cocktails that late, Intermission lounge on Careys lane are shaking until the early hours of the morning. Remember, there’s bars, there’s clubs but there’s only one lounge.
