Ireland have already secured the Triple Crown, Do you reckon we can go the whole way? We do here in Cork Heritage pubs and will be shouting them on the whole way. We have recently received the sad news that it will be Peter O’Mahony, Cian Healy & Conor Murray’s final 6 Nations in the green jersey. These men have made history while wearing our clover & will always be remembered as some of the finest players Ireland have ever seen. Lads, if you see this, make it known, there’s a pint in the line for you in any of our pubs should you find yourself in one. Where’s the best place to catch the last few matches?. We have a guide for you here.
First up, Canty’s Bar on Pembroke Street? we’re not kidding with you when we say “you’ll never miss the match.” Screens everywhere, beers on tap, and a proper homely vibe. Plus, live music four nights a week. Perfect.
Then there’s The Poor Relation on Parnell Street. Snug spots and loads of room, so you’re sorted whether you’re with a crew or flying solo. And when the rugby’s done, it turns into a killer music spot. Win-win.
Bodega’s Old Town Whiskey Bar? Huge outdoor area with TVs, so you’re basically at the stadium, just with way better drinks. They’re doing food all day, and those wings and Rising Sons pints deals? Unreal.
Rising Sons Brewery is the go-to for serious fans. Pizza and pints, sorted. And during the matches, they’ve got those amazing drink deals. You can’t beat it.
The Pavilion? Huge cinema screen, feels like you’re right in the middle of the action. No booking needed, just rock up and enjoy. They’ve got the same drink deals as Rising Sons, too.
The Park on Tuckey Street’s jumping with the same deals, so you’re not missing out.
Artys in Ballincollig is pure mad for it, everyone’s raving about last year, and they’ve got those drink deals going strong.
Fancy something a bit quieter? Mutton Lane’s your spot. Hidden away near the English Market, it’s perfect for a chill watch with a pint. Shhh, don’t tell everyone!
And The Vicarstown? Warmest beer garden in Ireland, they reckon. Rugby and a pint outside? Yes, please.
Basically, if you’re in Cork for the Six Nations, these pubs are where you need to be. It’s gonna be a proper session!
