Award winning Rising Sons Brewery is one of Ireland’s finest microbreweries and brew pubs . Housed in the Old Town, in Cork city centre, we are independent and family owned. We’ve won 21 gold medals for our craft beers and supply the Cork Heritage Pub trail with our delicious and unique brews! 2018 saw us achieve one of the highest accolades within the beer industry with our pale ale, Changeling, winning best ale in the world up to 5% ( IBC ) and 6 x Gold medal country winners (WBA). A true testament to our commitment in brewing the finest beer Ireland has to offer. We brew big beer in small batches. Our core range are all gold medal winners, and seasonal specials are our passion.

We love sport, and show all matches live on one of the largest HD screens in Cork. You’ll come for the beer and stay for the atmosphere. We’re open 12pm to 11:30pm Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 12:30am Friday and Saturday and 12pm to 11:30pm on Sunday. Our authentic Italian style pizzas, made in-house and fresh to order, are renowned. Nachos, calzones, and some many delights are also on offer. Check out our famous pizza and pint deal which runs Thursday-Sunday; any Rising Sons pint and pizza with three toppings for €17!
